What is eyebrow lamination?

Eyebrow lamination is a procedure that focuses on creating shiny, smooth and lifted brows also, sometimes called an eyebrow perm or lift. The high shine effects tend to be sought after by those who may be experiencing thinning or unruly hairs.
If you want to keep your brow styled a certain way but are tired of using eyebrow gel every day you will need to repeat the process in two months to maintain your results.

The benefits

Eyebrow lamination will help in filling gaps, adding definition and giving the illusion of more hair to sparse brows. Overall brow lamination makes brows look thicker and fuller, pulling the hairs up vertically also make it look like you’re experiencing new hair  regrowth. The entire process is also completely non-invasive.
Eyebrow lamination may help with variety of concerns you may have with your own brows, including
  • thinning hair that occur with age;
  • gaps in your brows from all the plucking or over-waxing in the past,
  • and unruly hairs that tend to go different directions, despite brushing them,
  • lack of brow shape or an unevenness

How is it done?

It’s a simple  just five-step process:
  1. First we apply th lifting cream which uses chemicals to break down  hairbonds to allow the hairs to move more freely into the new shape. We leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Then we brush the neutralising cream on the brows which reforms the hair bonds into the new shape.  Again we wait for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  3.  After that we remove the previous lotion and apply the hydrating oil treatment that is left on the brows to cancel out any dryness that may be caused during the treatment.
  4. Next we apply the tint to give back the colour lost during the treatment. Just to remind you that product that we use may to lift the brows will lighten  eyebrow colour for about one to 2 shades lighter. Therefore we want to put some colour back to the eyebrow or make them darker. We leave the tint for about thre 3 to 5 minutes
  5. Lastly we trim the hairs that are excessively long and out of the eyebrow shape and pluck or wax any unwanted hairs. We  can also apply gel or eyebrow powder to enhance created brows. But this step is optional.
The whole treatment takes about 45 minutes, the end result is that the browse looks selfie and party ready.

It’s eyebrow lamination bad for your brows?

The shortest answer I can give it to this question is no if you follow the basic rule.
You should not repeat the treatment more often than every six weeks, so we recommend to come back between treatments in 6 to 8 weeks minimum.
