Salon Terms and Conditions
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment. All appointments will end at their scheduled time, so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.
Please arrive punctualy for your treatment at the salon.
For your first appointment we require you to complete a personal consultation card an/or a consent form. This document is confidential and is used for treatment purposes only. Salon Blush will protect your privacy rights as a consumer and keep all information strictly confidential.
All services and their prices may be subject to change at any time. Unless your appointment was booked ahead of time. For our latest prices and services please check our website.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Please note 48 hours notice is required for rescheuling and cancellations, otherwise the total treatment price will be charged and deposit will be lost. Rebooking can be made online in the booking system, via text or email message, or over the phone – 0(44) 7561 432639. Cancellations should be made by calling us on or via text or email message. For repetitive reebookings or ‘no show’ appointments clients will have to prepay their appointments at the time of booking.
By making an online reservation, you agree that if you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours notice, if you do not turn up for your appointment or if you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise the services provider to keep your deposit.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time your appointment is scheduled. Your technician will quote the deposit price during your consultation. Deposit is then deducted from the full price of the treatment on the day of the procedure.
Salon Blush requires cash or debit/credit card as payment. Treatments are not refunable.
Please inform us of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
If you need a color touch-up on applications done by another technician, pricing will be given at consultation after assessment of existing shape and colour. Any touch-ups can be completed after at least 4 weeks after the initial procedure.
Allergy sensitivity patch test for permanent makeup (optional) is free however recommended to be done at least 1 day before the procedure. Patch testing is required for clients who have never had eyelash tinting and lash lifting.
In the interest of your comfort and safety of the treatment, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased online or in the salon. They are non refundable and have no expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services only and cannot be transferred into cash. Your gift voucher must be showed at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. If you do not show up to your appointment without cancellation notice this may result in your Gift Voucher becoming invalid.
